Nicotine-pouch users have a real routine around where and when they use a pouch, but almost nothing is designed around what happens after it comes out. that gap annoyed me enough to start building around it.
what i built
A public product site, the Pouch Care Audit, a Rotation habit tracker, and a validation path around a pouch-out care routine and physical aftercare products.
current state
Validation-first on purpose. the software and demand tests are live; i would rather find out nobody wants the physical product before filling a room with inventory.
