the problem

A small reselling business has a hundred little decisions hiding inside it: what to buy, what it is worth, how long it has been sitting, what the fees did to the margin, and whether the whole thing is actually making money.

what i built

An installable offline-first PWA with inventory, sourcing math, barcode and photo lookup, profit tracking, expense tracking, exports, and optional sync across devices.

current state

The core workflows are built around a real resale business and get judged at home, which is a much harsher QA environment than a demo. deeper marketplace integration is still future work.
