About these terms

These terms apply to the Burnz Work website and to products or services purchased directly from Burnz Work. A written proposal, order page, invoice or separate agreement may include additional terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the terms specific to that purchase control.

Products and services

Burnz Work provides websites, focused software, workflow automation, digital products and related professional services. The exact deliverables, compatibility requirements, delivery method and schedule are described in the applicable product page, checkout, proposal or written scope.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown or quoted in U.S. dollars. Taxes, billing frequency and the final total are disclosed before payment. Custom work may require an initial payment or agreed milestones. You authorize the charge presented at checkout or on the invoice and agree to provide accurate billing information.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the information, access, approvals and materials identified in the project scope. You confirm that you have the right to provide any content or data you ask us to use. Delays in required feedback or access may change the delivery schedule.

Intellectual property

Ownership and license rights for custom work are defined in the applicable written scope. Until all required payments are complete, Burnz Work retains its rights in the work. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Digital products are licensed for the use stated at purchase and may not be resold or redistributed unless expressly allowed.

Acceptable use

You may not use Burnz Work products or services to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with a service or misrepresent ownership of licensed materials.

Third-party services

Some work may connect to third-party platforms selected or approved by you. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by those providers. Burnz Work is not responsible for changes or outages in a third-party service.

Warranty and liability

We will provide services with reasonable care and address material delivery issues reported promptly. Except where a written agreement or law requires otherwise, products and services are provided without additional warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burnz Work is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.

Governing law and contact
